“Immaculate cottage, tastefully decorated.”
Loved our stay! The immaculate cottage is tastefully decorated in a safe and secure neighbourhood. Newlands is a such a quaint neighbourhood close to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. We were walking distance to local pubs, lots of restaurants, Newlands Brewery, a shopping mall, sports grounds and the Claremont business district. Great location for jogging from the front door into Newlands Forest on Table Mountain. Also, easy to access the city or Constantia wine region and lots of other tourist venues. Such a friendly welcome too!

“Great Location.”
Just returned from spending a month at Mandy's place. The apartment is fantastic - very modern and lovely furnishings . Great Location for the city and easy to get to Camps bay and the V & A Waterfront. Mandy is a great host she gave us lots of information about places to visit and good restaurants. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests wish we could have stayed for longer. We will be back Capetown and the people are amazing!!!!

“Mandy is a super host!”
Sparkling clean flat close to Obz bars and restaurants. I stayed three nights with my daughters. They shared the double bed and I took the fold out sofa which was very comfortable. The apartment itself is in beautiful condition. There is a coffee shop and a gym downstairs and a pool on the rooftop. Value for money is astonishing. Mandy is a super host who’ll help you with anything. Strongly recommend.

Mandy's studio apartment is to the tee as advertised. It was close to the airport and accessible to several restaurants and stores. The communication with her was seamless and she is very responsive and willing to help with suggestions on places to visit if it is your first time visiting cape town. I would gladly stay at this property next time.
