This dreamy beach house is 90m from the beach, nestled in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range.
Split level, Double Storey house with private swimming pool. This is a completely private, ground floor unit on one level with separate entrance. Comfortably furnished, spacious and a 90m walk to the beach. Surfer's paradise! And if you are not a surfer ,never mind, as Llandudno Beach is one of the most pristine blue ribbon beaches in Cape Town. Over the hill from Hout Bay and a short drive to Camps Bay the city centre and waterfront.

The space

The location of this house is superb! Situated one road back from the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac road with parking space in the driveway. Private, modern entrance leads into a split level house.

The ground floor can be closed off from the upstairs house if you are 5 guests or less.
The ground floor has a Main bedroom with a queen bed and walk in cupboard. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a 3/4 bed. The downstairs, open plan living area with kitchen, dining and lounge area flows out to a large covered patio and swimming pool with two luxurious poolside loungers. Barbecue and outdoor dining table allow for lovely summer entertainment in a secluded, wind free zone.
This house is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay!
